Customer Service Rep Sign On Bonus $100 first week / $250 after 30 days

We are looking for full-time friendly, committed, and driven team members for our Sales Resource Center. StorageMart representatives answer sales calls, address customer needs, collect and confirm customer information, collect payments and advise callers on appropriate StorageMart services.

We offer multiple shifts, a competitive starting rate of $15/hour plus 20% incentives, generous opportunities for bonus pay and commissions, and career growth opportunities. We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Rep l to join our team!

This is not a remote position.

Job responsibilities:

• Answer all calls 2nd ring / punctuality = commission.
• Incoming calls " No Cold Calls".
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Take payments, covers administration fee, locks, insurance protection plan, business hours.
• Routing calls to stores

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong typing skills and computer literacy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
