Responsibilities:

This position develops and maintains a strong working relationship with our customers, sales representative and manufacturing plants. Our customer service team is the heart of our company and requires good listening and problem solving skills.

Core competencies require sound judgment, initiative, tolerance for stress and a team player attitude.

• Ability to make quick decisions with limited information in order to support and satisfy customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to calm customers
• Must address customer issues and ensure short and long-term problems resolutions.
• Detail orientated with accuracy while handling a high volume of calls
• Data entry with excellent accuracy.
• Able to work in a professional office environment.

Qualifications Required:

• Three (3) plus years of customer service experience
• High school diploma and GED

Qualifications Preferred:

• Excellent computer skills
• ERP experience preferred
