Summary
Provide quality customer service and deal with a variety of customer inquiries, identify problems, and provide solutions while communicating clearly and effectively. Must be able to deliver a high level of service under pressure, and handle difficult situations with professionalism, according to the policies of the company. This position calls for a team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
