Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Support for manufacturing company in Fenton, MI. Responsibilities include all aspects of customer support including quoting, order processing, order follow-up, international documentation, shipping coordination, product knowledge, sales promotion and customer issues. The candidates skill set should include customer service experience in a business to business setting, standard computer skills, data entry and multi-line phones. Strong attention to detail is a must. The candidate must have a positive, team oriented attitude as they will be working with the outside sales staff in a support capacity. Potential to grow into an inside sales position. Marketing experience is a plus. The candidate must be comfortable dealing directly with customers and present a professional and friendly image.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
