Customer Service Representative I

Job Description

Overview

Responds to patient inquiries via telephone and email. Determines the best method for problem resolution meeting patient need and organizational guidelines. Coordinates issue resolutions with other departments as necessary. May gather patient personal and billing information for database entry and scheduling.

High School Diploma/GED. No experience required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding preferred.
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
  • Requires working knowledge of computers.
