Position Purpose:
In this role you will take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members. You will answer questions related to their healthcare benefits. We offer opportunity for you to earn additional cash incentives for reaching your goals in addition to your base pay. Must be located in or willing to travel to the site location of 112 Main Parkway Tahlequah OK 74464

Job Summary:

  • Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services
  • Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements
  • Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
  • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
  • Responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required
  • Ability to accept and embrace changes within the current business environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong listening, communication, and written skills
  • Experience with the Microsoft OS and Productivity Suites
  • Time management, prioritization, and case management skills
  • Schedule flexibility to work a full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, possible holidays, and occasional overtime

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in a call/contact center or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry
  • Prior experience reviewing and discussing customer accounts with customers
  • Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
  • Be a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (required)
  • Demonstrates a passion for outstanding customer focus
  • Answers complex and/or escalated calls from customers in a polite, courteous manner
  • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
  • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly communicate a solution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to pass skill assessments including typing of 30 wpm
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Stable work history

Pay: $15.50 per hour
