Position Overview:
Answers general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Takes care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature. Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate the company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of the company, services, and products.
This position will be primarily answering inbound calls and transferring them.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years experience in customer service or call center environment required. Experience managing phone lines required. Typing and basic computer skills are required.
Experience as a PBX operator preferred. Multi-lingual in English, Spanish, or Mandarin preferred.
Minimum Education:
HS diploma or equivalent.
Location: Irvine. 100% onsite.
Schedule: 8 hours per day between 7:30a-5p
FTE Conversion/Extension possibility: Yes.
Interview Type: Teams camera on.
Additional notes: Masks are required to be worn in this facility at all times, regardless of vaccination status.
