The role
As a Customer Services Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll deliver the customer services processes that enable vehicles/assets to be efficiently delivered into the repair process and delivered back to customers after the repair process.
Day to day, you’ll ensuring vehicles are booked in and reach the shop floor on time for repairs, liaise with customers for collections via email, telephone or face to face and conduct Walk arounds with customer doing basic vehicle checks when vehicles are booked in for repair or booked out for use.
Essential experience of the Customer Services Administrator,
This is a full time role based on site at Warminster.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
