Customer Solutions Rep

The Customer Solutions Rep at Husqvarna Construction Products is responsible for taking direct phone calls from customers and internal sales reps regarding products. You will document key information with every point of contact. You will be critical in representing the company as a first point of contact to provide solutions for all customers, both internal and external.

As a Customer Solutions Rep at Husqvarna Construction Products you:
  • Answer phone calls from customers and help clarify the purpose of the call
  • Determine need to create an order, provide product information, create RGA or refer call to appropriate place
  • Coordinate with other departments to verify availability of product
  • Recommend product selection of equipment/blades based on product application
  • Maintain data in Customer Relation Manager (CRM) system
  • Process or respond to email correspondence from customer or sales rep
  • Process credit memos/chargebacks as needed
  • Communicate territory/customer problems with assigned sales rep
  • Provide basic technical guidance on products
As the ideal candidate for this position you will have the following:
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Two to three years' experience as a Customer Service Rep, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to work within established procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
