We are accepting applications for the role of Customer Success and Sales Specialist for Duolingo for Business. Duolingo for Business (http://duolingo.com/business) is our offering for corporate clients, which allows companies to provide their employees with fun and effective learning for teams. This is an independent contractor position within the United States.
The Customer Success and Sales Specialist (CSSS) is responsible for delivering stellar service to our Duolingo for Business customers, from top of funnel through to renewals. The ideal CSSS has 3-5 years of applicable experience and is exceptional at building customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support a portfolio of prospects and existing accounts, with a primary focus on customer delight, closing prospects and driving adoption, and ultimately renewal/expansion.
At this time, this temporary freelance position (no benefits included). All work will be conducted remotely and hours are flexible. This role is 30-40 hours/week.
