Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Customer Success Associate (NEO Network) in our Energy and Sustainability Services group. Remote in the U.S.

The NEO Network is a digital platform aimed at enabling corporations to take action on carbon reduction energy solutions. Part education, part community, and part marketplace, the NEO Network has the ambitious goal of playing a significant role in moving the corporate world toward a low-carbon future.
The Customer Success team is the first line of contact for corporate members engaging with the NEO Network platform. As such, members of this team are responsible for answering members’ questions about platform functionality and content, connections with other members, and solutions available on the platform. The customer success team is essential in providing an excellent member experience leading to an engaged and active membership.
The Customer Success Associate position requires an additional level of knowledge and familiarity with carbon reduction solutions and concepts such as renewable energy credits, carbon offsets, power purchase agreements, and onsite solar. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of these concepts and will be eager to learn more and grow in their ability to answer member questions on the same.
What will you do?
- Manage corporate member registration process including any required research and follow up, platform demo, and hand-off to other team members for follow up.

Provide consistent, excellent service in acting as primary contact for any corporate members of the NEO Network as they have questions or need help.

Proactively reach out to members to offer assistance, connections, and demos with an eye toward handing off to solution providers and/or other team members for follow up.

Participate in various market update meetings in order to grow in understanding of key solutions and carbon reduction concepts.

Collaborate with the NEO Network team to continually evolve and improve the platform functionality.

Collaborate with client and internal teams to enhance member experiences including event coordination.

Maintain clear records and documentation of member interaction and activity.

As needed, maintain and update operational data sets.

Up to 15% travel.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- College Degree

3+ years of experience working in a sustainability, procurement, or energy-related role.

Strong written and oral communication skills and comfort in speaking with people from diverse cultures, languages, and backgrounds. Multi-lingual is a plus.

Client-facing presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Tech-savviness and experience using digital platforms. Comfort with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Eagerness and willingness to learn about carbon reduction energy solutions and the corporate sustainability market.
