Customer Success Manager

GrowthSpace is looking for a self-motivated and proactive Customer Success Manager to oversee the lifecycle of customers from onboarding to renewal and beyond! As a Customer Success Manager, you'll join a great team who are laser focused on delivering the best experience to GrowthSpace's customers. Come growth with us!

About the role:

  • Become an expert on GrowthSpace's platform - provide training and educate our customers on new features and use cases
  • Manage relationships with VP's of HR/HR Business Partners & Directors of Organizational Development and become a trusted advisor to our customers
  • Conduct executive business reviews with key stakeholders to share wins, industry best practices, and share impact on our customer outcomes
  • Recommend use cases & best practices to address our customers business needs and key KPIs
  • Manage customer situations that require cross department collaboration
  • Invite, facilitate, and document customer product ideas

Requirements:

  • Background in customer success, product management, or account management at a SaaS, B2B, and/or learning & development company
  • Experience working with multiple accounts across a diverse set of industries, company sizes, experience levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English
  • A fast learner who is naturally curious and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Bonus Points:

  • Background in learning & development
  • 2+ years managing B2B accounts
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
