We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for Health Systems that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote.
As a Customer Success Manager you will be an expert at providing employers on the Vivian platform with the comprehensive support that makes our site the best platform anywhere to match candidates to job opportunities. As a member of the Customer Success team, your goal is to develop strong partnership with key stakeholders at the Client health systems, improve platform adoption/engagement, help move the candidate funnel faster, grow business opportunity, and ensure an overall positive Customer experience. Successful CSMs will be able to effectively identify growth opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to remove barriers, find solutions, and provide a delightful experience.
Vivian is rapidly growing; our Customer Success team is responsible for managing, supporting, and growing our health system and agency partners. Our organization is cross functional so we work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and other divisions in the company.

The range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 yearly salary plus additional variable compensation, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
