This individual strives to maximize value for our customers, including broader and deeper adoption of our platform that ultimately results in increasing recurring revenue for the company. Responsibilities of this role include tracking the performance and success of projects for assigned accounts, designing and implementing a customer success program for each account including quarterly governance and executive steering meetings, as well as coordinating internal subject matter experts to support a goal of maximized value for our customers. This individual must have standout client-facing skills, be able to handle strategic discussions, deep dive into operational issues and escalations as needed, and formulate plans specific to customer needs.
