We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who understands the challenges and opportunities that our customers face and is excited to coach them to positive outcomes, with their Accruent solutions! Through close partnerships, superior guidance, and interdepartmental collaboration, CSMs partner with customers to help them define goals that align with Accruent's SaaS delivery capabilities to accomplish their objectives. CSMs engage with customers to drive adoption of our solutions and realize value by exploring their needs and guiding them through an action-based success plan.

How you'll make a difference:

As an effective Customer Success Manager, you will partner with our customers to facilitate a continuous cycle of goal setting, action planning, adoption, and value realization by:

  • Providing best practices, educational opportunities, and documentation for Accruent solutions
  • Using personal engagements and system telemetry to find opportunities and risks to increase and expedite mutual value
  • Facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to expedite customer goal attainment
  • Applying internal processes to improve Customer Health, increase retention, and mitigate risks
  • Conducting business reviews to demonstrate the value of Accruent Solutions and celebrate customer success
  • Understanding Accruent's solutions, features, and functions, to recognize how they can be used to create solutions for our customers.
  • Paving the path toward continuously increasing the value customers receive from their Accruent solutions through joint planning, collaboration, and problem-solving
  • Programmatically capturing customer needs and behaviors to fuel Accruent's customer-obsessed decision making, product innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Recognizing standard methodologies to be shared within our community of customers
  • Understanding key digital trends (for example, artificial intelligence, security, cloud, mobile, IoT, big data) and their impact on real estate portfolio management as well as facilities and asset management lifecycle

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of solid understanding of, or experience in, retail industry, specifically regarding best practices in lease administration, lease accounting and/or project construction management- including familiarity and/or experience with software used by these departments.
  • Experience in driving success with highly configurable software
  • Expert problem-solving skills
  • Project Management skills
  • A track record of collaboratively working with diverse teams to foster relationships and achieve results
  • Communicate optimally and succinctly with savvy discernment
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity within a range of varied customer organizations
  • Ability to lead multiple projects across a portfolio of customers
  • A love for learning and continuous improvement

You'll stand out if:

  • 5+ years of retail industry /experience with lease administration, lease accounting, construction project management, or one or more Accruent products
  • industry/trade membership and/or recognition in retail facility or technology management

Please Note:

  • This job requires up to 25% travel
  • This is a full-time, exempt opportunity.
  • Relocation will not be considered for this position.
  • At this time, visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentive/commission) is $67,800 - $126,000.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
