JOB DESCRIPTION
As a customer success manager at LeadIQ, you will be responsible to establish and scale the customer success program, which includes on-boarding new customers, helping customer adoption, managing new accounts, supporting current accounts, engaging and retaining customers, and working on up-selling and growth opportunity.
You will be working with a fun and diverse group of team members who enjoy working on building a great revolutionary product for the sales industry.
