Customer Success Manager - SMB Accounts (DACH and Nordics Market)

What you will do :

    • Take care of your own client portfolio which will be made up of German/Nordic customers
    • Uncover sales opportunities to help grow your accounts whilst also reducing potential risks of contraction/churn
    • Gather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap
    • Help your client’s to optimise their set up with Aircall & other tools (don’t worry, we will get you up to speed on this!)

What we are looking for :

    • Ideally you have experience in managing accounts in a similar environment or previous sales (BDR/SDR) experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Delivering proactive and dedicated customer service
    • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment with ease
    • Fluency in English is a must
    • Fluency in German is preferred
    • Any Dutch speaking candidates would win some brownie points
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree (nice to have but not required)
