In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

You are responsible for

  • Creating and executing the change management plan for the specific capabilities.

  • Working in close collaboration with program team other key stakeholders to execute the plan.

  • Executing the communications plan to maintain the stakeholder heat map and identify interventions needed.

  • Creating the change materials as part of the deployment toolkit to equip markets, businesses, and functions.

  • Developing the change mgt competencies of program stakeholders by promoting the use of methodology, tools and providing guidance on best practice.

  • Measuring adoption for the new ways of working

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Currently studying towards your University Degree

  • Available 20h/week

  • Analytical mind with an eye for detail

  • Fluent in spoken and written German & very good level of English

  • Excel intermediate knowledge

  • Good communication skills
