As customer support specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Provide administrative support to the department by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel accommodations for team members.
• Maintain accurate records and files, including employee records, field documents, payroll documents, vendor contracts and departmental documents.
• prepare and distribute reports, memos and correspondence as required
• assist in the preparations and meeting materials.
• Process department related expenses and invoices, manage purchase requisitions, ensuring timely entry.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
• Handle Ad Hoc administrative tasks and projects assigned by service deliver manager.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2 years prior experience in administrative role.
• Experience in procurement
• SAP experience

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience with Ariba and SAP
• Oil field service company prior experience

The pay range for this role will be: $26-34 USD Hourly

You will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes Sales Incentive program applicable for the above position. The actual payout for your short-term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre-determined financial results.
