Liberty Healthcare operates a program in the District of Columbia which serves people who are applying for publicly-funded long term care supports and services. The goal of this program is to enable people to receive the support services they need to live as independently as possible – while applying a valid, reliable and quality assessment process to prevent Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse.
A full-time “Customer Support Specialist” position is now available with Liberty’s program. This position is based in Liberty’s office located 1201 15thStreet NW in the District of Columbia.
Customer Support Specialists assist in the eligibility determination process and provide valuable customer service support to consumers, health and human service providers and other stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include:
This position offers hourly compensation of $20.43 (approximately $42,500 per year) plus benefits.
