SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Provide updated information via phone, email or chat to TSA’s and Service vendors.
· Provide support to our internal customers utilizing internal systems, such as Oracle.
· Create documentation or instructions that clearly convey process changes if necessary.
· Act as a liaison between technical support agents and Service vendors.
· Understand and communicate clearly and concisely, adjusting language and terminology to the needs of the Service Vendor in a professional manner.
· Provide efficient productivity and superior quality service while working in a fast paced environment.
· Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with TSA and Service Technicians, including messaging via portals and following up to ensure parts and technicians arrive to the customers site on time.
· Learn ATM terminology enough to be able to convey technical information between TSA’s and Service vendors.
