The Customer Operations Specialist works directly with the Customer Operations Team to ensure customer data is received, analyzed, and entered onto the platform in a way that ensures security, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

The Customer Operations Specialist is a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful individual. This person will play a key, highly collaborative role supporting the operational activities of the team and will be responsible for implementing and monitoring complex project plans. The Customer Operations Specialist works with the Directors of Customer Operations to support the Customer Operations Team by managing project plans, handling sensitive customer data, reconciling legal and financial data, and reporting weekly status updates to the Directors of Customer Operations and Vice President of Customer Operations.
Primary responsibilities
-Configuring and actively monitoring complex project plans with shifting timelines and multiple task assignees.
-Working with local and remote teams using persistent communications tools (Slack, Zoom, GSuite).
-Handling and organizing sensitive customer data by managing virtual data rooms and cloud environments.
-Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans
-Stay current on all activities, deadlines and commitments of the Customer Operations team
-Independently and proactively provide high-quality support to Customer Operations team
-Managing high volume of legal documents
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced financial or legal role and will excel at working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. The candidate will also be a self-motivated, highly composed individual with experience communicating across co-located and remote Specialists. This position requires extraordinary organizational, communication, and analytical skills. In addition, the Customer Operations Specialist will be expected to meet and assist with setting internal operational and project timelines.
