This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, healthcare systems, and BI tools.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and quality checks.- Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI tools and solutions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and industry trends.- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of data warehouses and data marts.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI solutions and data sources.- Create and maintain documentation for BI processes and solutions.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.- 3+ years Healthcare Managed Care experience- MUST have experience with EPIC Clarity experience. Cogito or Caboodle is a plus.- Must have proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ETL processes and data integration is a plus.Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $260,590.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
