You must havea proven track record implementing or administering Workday, with expert-level knowledge of Workday modules and Human Capital Management (HCM) businessprocessing.Required Qualifications• 7-10 years in an architecture role, with at least 5 years dedicated to data architecture and integration, emphasizing Human Capital Management solutions.• 5 or more years of data modeling experience• 5 or more years of experience designing and implementing data governance strategies.• 3 or more years of experience migrating legacy systems to SaaS solutions, designing cloud architecture, security, and integration patterns.• Proficiency in managing database systems, utilizing ETL tools, and SQL for complex data manipulation and integration.Preferred Qualifications• Understanding of Workday data sources, custom fields, calculated fields, and Business Intelligence Reporting Tool (BIRT)• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and experience with at least two or more Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, etc.)• Experience in leading large-scale data integration and transformation projects• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Workday Solutions Architect or a similar role in a complex environment• Familiarity with web services (SOAP, REST) and various data formats (XML, JSON)• Proficiency in Workday reporting and security configuration• Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or SQL• Familiarity with BI tools and reporting softwareEducation Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related field; equivalent work experience may substitutePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is :$79,200.00 - $174,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
