Identifies, evaluates, and manages risk to maximize revenue, membership, and earnings. Performs underwriting analysis and risk assessment for new and/or renewal of large group contracts within our Employer business segment. This is a highly strategic role where team members will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and profitability of the leading PBM.Required QualificationsDemonstrated analytical experience and abilityUnderstanding of market dynamics & business intelligenceSkilled at working with internal and external partners to deliver great results3 or more years work experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience managing a P&L, or other financial expertise or completing other financial analysesExperience negotiating pricing or contracts with external vendors or clientsExperience with data analytics (ie. SQL or other similar coding languages, familiarity with data schemas, etc.)MBA or other relevant graduate degreeEducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
