The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating, tracking, and maintaining project deliverables through the implementation and ongoing relationship for an assigned region. This role will require frequent interaction, virtual and occasional onsite meetings with external partners (e.g., clinically integrated network, independent physician associations, etc.). The senior manager will independently capture deliverables, document project plans, communicate risks and track completion.This individual will lead the work and the deliverables of multiple complex projects from inception through completion. This role will be part of a highly matrixed organization, and work with partner facing teams to ensure the following:• Execution of all implementation requirements across multiple workstreams• Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams on developing and executing a tactical plan to drive performance improvement in the Accountable Care program.• Support completion of monthly/quarterly/annual Accountable Care programmatic requirementsFundamental Components/Job Description:• Leads all project and/or program management work including monitoring and tracking of progress and status update communications.• Defines project scope, resource requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and plans.• Maintains focus on project risks and interdependencies throughout the project and proactively addresses risks.• Drives results and resolves issues.• Facilitates meetings and ensures clear, complete, thorough, and consistent documentation of status, issues, risks, budget, decisions.• Collaborates and partners with other functional managers and other business areas.• Supports Executive Director with requests for information, reporting requirements, and ad hoc requests.• Helps to lead pilot projects, share best practices with other markets, and ensures operational efficiency.• Takes meeting minutes and ensures all tasks are being tracked/managed.• Delivers project plans outlining key activities, milestones, deliverables, responsible parties, and dependencies.• Delivers assignment tracking matrix to document action items, risk, decisions tracking.• Generates weekly status reporting which includes an overview of project process in status report including completed activities, upcoming activities, and risks/issues to project completion.Required Qualifications• 6+ years of program/project management, project implementation and/or project consultation experience with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.• 5+ years of healthcare experience, clinical operations, provider implementations, or Medicare experience• Proven track record with meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.• Proven ability to satisfy customer’s needs and develop alternatives to resolve issues.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project management tools• Ability to travel 25%Preferred Qualifications• Candidates residing in the East Region• PMP, LSS, Agile, or other project management certification• Excellent organizational and analytical skills• Ability to adjust to competing demands and changing priorities.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including problem resolution, escalating project risks and with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.Education• Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
