The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders and compliance teams to understand compliance requirements and ensure that the ServiceNow team operates in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead ServiceNow projects and ensure compliance within a dynamic and growing organization. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project management and compliance, we encourage you to apply.Required Skills:5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development projects.3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow projects, including implementation, customization, and integration.Preferred Skills:Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.Experience with the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) product.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in coordinating compliance activities and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Experience working with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles.Experience working in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.Knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Business Review:Bring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
