Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Program Manager to join our Global B2B Digital Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage comprehensive digital demand generation programs, with a strong emphasis on virtual event programs such as webinars, technology clinics, and workshops. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, digital channels, program management, and third-party tools like BrightTalk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead and manage global Virtual Programs to create and capture digital demand, including strategy development, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Virtual Events: Plan, execute, and optimize virtual events such as webinars, technology clinics, and workshops to drive lead generation and engagement. Coordinate all aspects of virtual events, from content creation to post-event follow-up.
  • Campaign Coordination: Develop and coordinate the inclusion of virtual programs into global multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social media, paid media, content marketing) to maximize reach, accelerate lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign and event performance, identify trends, and refine strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including global solutions marketing strategists, field marketing,  product marketing, marketing automation, and analytics to ensure cohesive program execution, governance and alignment with broader company goals.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables are met and campaigns are executed effectively. Manage third-party tools like BrightTalk to enhance virtual event capabilities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on program and event performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Testing: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance demand generation and virtual event strategies and tactics. Having an open mind to bringing new ideas and concepts to improve overall attendee experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and demand generation, with a proven track record of managing global programs and virtual events.
  • Skills: Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, and measurement of digital campaigns and virtual events. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge:  In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and virtual event platforms like BrightTalk and On24.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment with the ability to manage time zones and cultural differences effectively.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $113,000 - $160,000kyear, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
