Position OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities• Assist in the management of all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards• Coordinate project activities with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders• Track project progress and report on project status to stakeholders• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedulesQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction• Experience with HVAC and mechanical building systems• Knowledge of MEP systems• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills• Excellent organizational and administrative skills• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project is a plus• Experience working on federal projects is desirable• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesBenefitsHealth/Vision/Dental Insurance401(k) with Profit-SharingPTO/Sick LeaveEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
