Associate Attorney

Insurance Defense AttorneyWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to represent clients in the areas of First Party, Commercial Property, Breach Of Contract, UM/UIM, Construction Defect, and apportionment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to clients, as well as appearing in court on their behalf. In addition, they will be expected to manage the litigation process from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, arguing motions, settling cases, and taking cases to trial.Position OverviewThe Insurance Defense Attorney will provide legal representation for clients in a range of insurance related cases. They will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, appearing in court on their behalf, and managing the litigation process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with opposing counsel.Key Responsibilities• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.• Appear in court on behalf of clients.• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.• Prepare cases for trial.• Conduct legal research on relevant issues.• Stay up-to-date on changes in the law.Qualifications• Juris Doctorate degree.• At least two years experience working in Insurance Defense• Excellent research and writing skills.• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.• Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance Defense, Defense Litigation, Insurance, Insurance Litigation, First Party, Commercial Property, Breach Of Contract, UM/UIM, Construction Defect, apportionment, and Stowers.• Admission to State Bar.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLifeHSADisabilityWork From Home optionsEnd of Year BonusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
