Non-Litigation Counsel - Products LiabilityPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly qualified Attorney to join our national counsel products liability team in handling product liability matters. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance and support to our company in regards to product liability claims and other related issues.Key Responsibilities• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on product liability matters• Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date on current laws and regulations related to product liability• Manage and oversee product liability claims and litigation• Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure to product liability claims• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and effective response to product liability claims• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on product liability issuesQualifications• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school• Admission to the California Bar in the state of practice• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product liability law• Strong knowledge of product liability laws and regulations• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
