Audit ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Audit Manager to lead our audit practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various audit engagements in different industries including manufacturing, telecommunication, construction, employee benefit plans, non-profit, government audit, and healthcare audit.Key Responsibilities• Manage and lead a team of audit professionals in conducting external audit engagements• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent client service• Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards and company policies• Perform risk assessments and identify areas of potential audit risk• Provide timely and effective feedback to audit staff, review workpapers, and ensure quality control• Assist in the development of audit methodologies, tools, and templates• Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trendsQualifications• 7+ years of experience in auditing, with at least 3 years in a management/supervisory role• CPA certification is required• Experience in manufacturing, telecommunication, construction, employee benefit plans, non-profit, government audit, and healthcare audit• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks effectively• Experience with audit software such as Caseware and IDEA is preferredBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
