Audit ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to oversee our audit team and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.Key Responsibilities• Manage and lead audit engagements for various clients in different industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, employee benefit plans, non-profit, government, and healthcare.• Supervise and develop a team of audit seniors and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective completion of audits.• Research and analyze financial statements, audit findings, and other data to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for improving their internal controls and financial reporting processes.• Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality of audit services.Qualifications• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field; CPA certification required.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in external audit, including experience as an audit senior.• Experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, employee benefit plans, non-profit, government, and healthcare industries preferred.• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other accounting principles and regulations.• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.BenefitsBenefits:• Competitive salary based on experience level• Health insurance coverage options• Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions• Paid time off and holidaysEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
