Channel Sales ManagerTitle: Channel Sales ManagerCompensation: Base $100K-$110K + Bonus + Commission (OTE $170K)Location: Central US, Texas preferredWho We Are: Based in San Francisco, CA we are an efficient LED lighting manufacturer specializing in commercial interiors, data centers, education and industrial developments.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our team and oversee channel relationships throughout the Central US. The main objective of this position is to create new and develop existing distributor connections.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential channel partners.• Create and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to channel partners.• Provide training and support to channel partners to improve their sales performance.• Monitor and analyze market and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.Qualifications• 5+ years experience in commercial LED lighting sales• Willing/able to travel in the territory• Existing distributor relationships in the territory is a huge plus• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.• Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the Lighting industry.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.• Ability to analyze market data and identify trends and opportunities.• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Benefits• Base Salary: $100K-$110K (DOE)• Commission + Bonus (OTE: $170K+)• Medical, Vision, Dental• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.CyberCoders is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, genetic information, registered domestic partner status, marital status, status as a crime victim, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
