Construction EstimatorPosition OverviewOur company is seeking a Construction Estimator to accurately estimate project costs and ensure that projects are completed within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction, civil, heavy civil, and industrial projects, as well as experience in project management, estimating, and supervision.Key Responsibilities• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project timelines and budgets• Evaluate project risks and opportunities to mitigate potential cost overruns• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options• Review and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents to identify project requirements• Maintain accurate records of project costs, change orders, and other financial information• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials and servicesQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, project management, or related field• Knowledge of construction, civil, heavy civil, and industrial projects• Experience with estimating software and tools• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment• Valid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefits• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Life insurance• Paid time off• Professional development assistance• Relocation assistance• Tuition reimbursement• Vision insuranceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
