ControllerLocated in Elkhart, Indiana, we have been a leading solutions provider to vehicle OEMs worldwide since 1986. We are a major player in on-board systems and electronic diagnostics and garage equipment, and focus on quality, innovation, service and a greener future.We are seeking a Senior Controller to oversee the financial management of our company's manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization by providing accurate and timely financial information, as well as developing and implementing effective financial strategies.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures that ensure compliance with accounting principles and legal requirements.• Manage the preparation of financial documents and reports, including budgets and forecasts.• Oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing facilities, including cost accounting and inventory management.• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data for decision making.• Manage the company's tax and audit processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.• Provide guidance and support to finance team members.• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions.• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.• Knowledge of GAAP, tax and audit regulations, and financial reporting requirements.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Nice to have: CPA or MBA certification, experience with Operations, proficiency in English, experience with external audits.Benefits• Medical, Dental and Vision coverage• Life and Disability insurance• HSA Match• 401(k) Plan• Paid Holidays• Generous paid time off policy• A flexible Schedule• Employee Gym on site!• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.CyberCoders is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, genetic information, registered domestic partner status, marital status, status as a crime victim, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
