Title: Government Programs Compliance Officer (HYBRID - 1 DAY ONSITE PER WEEK)Location: Jacksonville, FL OR Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg, PA (HYBRID ROLE - PROXIMITY TO 1 OF THESE CITIES)Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + 20% Bonus (Minimum) + 6.5% SERPWe are ideally targeting someone with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, private insurance compliance or other government contracting experienceFounded in 2013 we are a 400+ employee government contractor whose subsidiaries focuses on medical billing and health insurance. We focus more on the government administrative services side as we provide administrative and claims processing services for state and federal healthcare programs like Medicare & Medicaid. For this Government Programs Compliance Officer we are looking for someone located in reasonable proximity to either our Jacksonville, FL or Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg, PA locations to oversee the Navigator Compliance & Ethics Program for both of our core subsidiaries. You will ensure the ethics & compliance programs are in place and running smoothly to establish a culture that prevents instances of conduct that violate federal & state laws.What You Will Be Doing• Lead companies' Navigator Program for all applicable contracts• Lead compliance oversight function that supports Medicare Fee-For-Service contracts (Medicare FFS)• Present periodic reports of Navigator Program to Audit & Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors describing nature of inquiries & allegations received, progress of Navigator Program toward meeting & exceeding its established goals and objectives• Chair the Executive Compliance Committee (ECC) incl: establishing the ECC Charter and developing appropriate agendas & reports• Oversee company's annual Conflict of Interest disclosure process & preparation of the Conflict of Interest document submissions to government customers. Address all conflict of interest questions regarding current contracts, subcontracts & potential business• Collaborate & assist management w/ understanding & compliance w/ regulatory requirements• Develop and/or implement education programs addressing ethics & compliance for team members• Develop & manage annual Compliance Work Plan• Participate as member of Policy Governance Committee• Develop & implement procedures to promote compliance w/ Medicare & Medicaid Programs• Monitor performance of companies' Navigator Program on an ongoing basis• Coordinate investigations w/ Legal, Information Security & Privacy, Internal Audit etc• Track all issues reported to Compliance Office• Collaborate w/ Director of Internal Audit on performance of independent audit/appraisals of corporate processes & internal controls• Coordinate w/ internal audit to test compliance w/ CMS Control Objectives & applicable laws• Participate in annual risk assessment process & Certification Package for Internal Controls (CPIC)What You Need For This Position• Bachelor's degree (ideally law degree) along w/ 7+ years of related experience• Working knowledge of elements of an effective compliance program as outlined in U.S. Sentencing Commission guidelines• Ability to read, analyze & interpret policies, technical procedures, government contract requirements, governmental regulations & legal documents• Strong influencing skills & perseverance in investigating• Ability to write clear & concise reports, business correspondence & procedures.• Ability to effectively present & represent Company's interests externally w/ CMS representatives• Compliance related certification i.e. Certified Compliance Professional is a plusWhat's In It For YouExcellent Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ 5% match, 6.5% SERP, 11 paid holidays) and more!IF interested can you provide an updated resume & salary requirements to JOSH.REIFMAN@CYBERCODERS.COMBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
