The HR Manager is... responsible for the efficient running of all HR related processes and procedures, including personnel recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, safety, benefits, and attendance. This is a leadership role that will need to be proactive in ensuring the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the recruiting process including job postings, applicant tracking, interviewing, onboarding, and other related procedures
• Ensure company compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and documentation, and ensure accuracy of personnel information in HR systems
• Develop and administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, leave of absence, retirement plans, and vacation policies
• Conduct employee performance reviews, troubleshoot employee issues, and recommend disciplinary action when necessary
• Plan and organize orientation, open enrollment, and other training events
• Oversee attendance tracking and leave of absence requests
• Support safety committee and work with managers to create a safe workplace environment
• Analyze data and trends to plan HR initiatives
• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payments
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 4-5+ years of previous HR experience ideally
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience with payroll processes
• Knowledge of FMLA, diversity, and ethics in the workplace
• High level of professionalism and dependability
Benefits
• Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
