Job Description: Industrial IoT Product Development ManagerPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial IoT Product Development Manager to join our team and oversee the development of our industrial IoT products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial product development and a deep knowledge of IoT technologies, including cloud-based systems, data security, and industrial automation. They will be responsible for managing the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring the products meet market demand and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities• Lead the development of industrial IoT products, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the development process.• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IoT technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancements and advancements.• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and market demand, and translate those into product requirements.• Manage product timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.• Ensure that product development processes and procedures are followed, and products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.• Oversee the implementation of cloud-based systems, data security measures, and industrial automation processes to enable seamless integration and optimal performance of our products.• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.• Stay up-to-date with advancements in machine learning and apply those to enhance product capabilities and performance.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial product development, with a focus on IoT technologies.• Strong understanding of industrial automation and familiarity with protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and MQTT.• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS and Azure.• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.• Demonstrated experience in managing product development projects from concept to launch.• Benefits Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
