MEP Manager - Data Center

MEP ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our new commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centers and mission-critical facilities, and will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the project• Ensure that all systems meet the project specifications and are installed in accordance with industry standards• Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all MEP systems are integrated with the overall project design• Manage the MEP subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting project milestones and deadlines• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts for the MEP systems• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team on all matters related to MEP systems• Ensure that all MEP systems are tested and commissioned to the highest standards, and that all necessary documentation is completedQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design and construction for commercial construction projects• Experience in data centers and mission-critical facilities• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and industry standards• Proven track record of successful project management• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse project team• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferredBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
