Merchandising ManagerLocation: Chatsworth, CA - Hybrid (Onsite 3 days a week)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising team. The primary objective of this role is to drive profitable sales growth through effective product selection, pricing, and inventory management.Key Responsibilities• Lead the merchandising team in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability• Manage the assortment planning process to ensure the right product mix is available at the right time• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches and promotions are executed effectively• Manage inventory levels to optimize turns and reduce excess• Analyze sales trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to negotiate pricing and terms• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to inform merchandising decisionsQualifications• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising• Experience with ABS software and Zentail• Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective merchandising strategies• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field• Nice to have: experience in the fashion industry and knowledge of CRO strategiesBenefits• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Hybrid work environment with three days in-office and two days remote.• Opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative team in the fashion e-commerce space.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
