Preconstruction ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Preconstruction Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the preconstruction phase of design-build projects for commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family construction projects. The successful candidate will lead a team in the planning and coordination of all activities involved in the preconstruction phase of a project.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the preconstruction process, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule that identifies all required tasks and milestones.• Manage the preparation and distribution of bid packages, requests for proposals, and other necessary documents.• Coordinate the preparation of estimates, budgets, and other financial documents.• Review and analyze design drawings and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.• Communicate project status and progress to all stakeholders, including senior management, in a timely and effective manner.Qualifications• At least 5 years of experience in project management, construction, and preconstruction.• Strong knowledge of design build and construction industry practices.• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.• Nice to have: experience in commercial construction, multifamily, mixed-use, Timberline, Bluebeam, and multi-family.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
