Project Manager - job 3 of 6

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all project initiatives and activities from conception to completion. This role will require an individual who is organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Project Manager will be expected to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting all customer requirements.Position Overview• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.• Lead project teams and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.• Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.• Develop project documents, such as scope documents, specifications, project plans, and work breakdown structures.• Manage project change orders and update project status.• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and provide reports to management.Key Responsibilities• Develop project plans and schedules to achieve project goals.• Lead project teams in developing accurate estimates and project budgets.• Develop project plans and manage project changes.• Develop and manage contracts with vendors.• Monitor and report on project progress.• Identify and manage project risks.• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.Qualifications• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in project management.• Experience in scheduling, estimating, commercial, education, and/or construction management.BenefitsEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
