Title: Quality EngineerLocation: Geneva, IL (on-site)Salary: $65,000-$80,000 + Incentive Bonus + annual bonus + employee stocksRequirements: Preferably at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive supplier with exposure to metals processing.Come join a global solutions provider of electro-mechanical toque management systems and clutch technologies! Our markets range from passenger vehicles, light/medium/heavy trucks, agriculture and farming, mining, construction, and more!We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join us to ensure products meet customer specifications. You will be developing and maintaining the quality plan that will support quality objectives, financial metrics, and KPIs. You will also oversee the control of measurement equipment (inspection, calibration, and testing).Key Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.• Support and maintain the Quality Management System• Engage with and support APAP and PPAP processes• Participate in Continuous Improvement Efforts and other activities to increase customer satisfaction and process performance.• Lead and implement highly effective corrective action to eliminate and prevent product and system nonconformities, both internal and external.• Perform audits, validations, on-site training, and serviceQualifications• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.• Six Sigma Certified• ISO 9001 experience required; IATF 16949 preferred.• Statistical Process Control and monitoring experience (Control charts, Gage R&R, Capability analysis).• Experience with Continuous Improvement• Knowledge of 8D, 5-Why, DMAIC, Kepner Tregoe, or DOE• Experience in EHS and Quality Management with strong root cause and corrective action skills• Transformational experience driving positive changeWhat's In It For You• Annual Salary: $65,000-$80,000 + Incentive Bonus + employee stocks + annual bonus• Employee Stock Ownership Plan• Paid Vacation & Holidays• Tuition Reimbursement• Medical, Dental, Vision• Prescription Drug Plan• Health and Wellness reimbursement• Gym/Fitness reimbursementBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
