Regional Sales Manager K-12 *Job Title: Regional Sales Manager K-12*• Location: *Remote within US, Territory Based Travel Required as Needed• Salary: *$100k-$130k + Bonus and Commission- OTE of $155k + PTO, Benefits, 401k w/ match• Requirements: *5+ years of relevant sales experience, including experience selling into the Educational Setting (K - 12). From shelving, furniture, displays, and acoustics down to scotch tape and bookmarks,Due to our consistent growth, we looking to add yet another player-coach that can actively participate hands-on in growing their territory while building their regional salesforce to an anticipated team of 2-5 reps.If you have at least 5+ total years of solution-based sales experience in the K-12 or similar educational environment, please apply today!• Offering*• $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus and commission• OTE of $145k-$155k for Y1, $175k for Y2• Comprehensive Benefits• Various Allowances• Generous PTO• 401k w/ MatchMust have:• 5+ years of total sales and business development experience• 1+ year of experience as a team lead or manager• Experience in the K-12 Educational Market, preferably in Learning Environments• Prior success in a hunting/prospecting role• As a Regional Director Of Sales You Will*• Lead a team of approximately 2-5 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Learning Environment Consultants (LECs) in identifying and closing new sales opportunities within K-12 schools and public libraries - delivering against aggressive prospecting and sales goals• Be responsible for the recruitment, training, and day-to-day management of the BDRs and LECs within your respective territory• Lead your BDR team's hunting efforts in leveraging industry insight tools to create a targeted prospect list, identify and prospect learning environment opportunities, build relationships with key decision makers, and BANT qualify opportunities before handing them off to the LECs to assist• Guide your BDR team's efforts to develop strategic partnerships with K-12 focused architects, design firms, associations, and agencies to assist with their prospecting and hunting efforts• Lead your LEC team in driving BANT-qualified opportunities toward closed/won status and overseeing each LEC in their project management of opportunities through needs assessment, design, product ordering, installation, and post-installation follow-up• Support each LEC in coordinating their efforts with internal teams within materials management, product, design, project services, and finance to assure each customer's needs and expectations are achieved throughout the customer's journey• Be required to travel up to 50% of the time• Benefits*• Vacation/PTO*• Medical*• Dental*• Vision*• 401k*• Bonus*• Relocation*• Telecommute*- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.• CyberCoders is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer*All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, genetic information, registered domestic partner status, marital status, status as a crime victim, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
