We offer an all-in-one solution for handling the complexity of a laundry business with simple-to-use tools for revenue tracking, on-machine payments, point-of-sale, and delivery services.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will be an expert in SaaS finance and payments, and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.Key Responsibilities• Lead all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and alignment• Manage cash flow and prepare regular financial reports for executive leadership• Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors for financial reporting and compliance• Provide financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-makingQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required• CPA or equivalent certification preferred• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a SaaS or payments environment• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements• Experience with inter-company agreements• Experience with international tax• Experience with start-up environments preferred and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively across departmentsBenefits• Competitive salary• Equity• Unlimited PTO and paid holidays• Remote-first with offices in New York City and Los Angeles• Health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, mental health support, parental leave, life and AD&D insurance, and disability• 401(k)• Work-from-home and commuter benefitsEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
