We serve industries spanning across Commercial, Multifamily, Industrial, and healthcare.We are currently hiring for an experienced Senior Accountant who will be involved in preparing monthly financial analysis reports, developing budgets, and generating revenue and cost reports.Masters in accounting/Finance and/or CPA are preferred but not required.Top Reasons to Work with Us• Competitive Salary ($100k-$120k) + bonus• Medical Benefits• Dental Benefits• PTO and paid holidays• Opportunities for growth and long-term employmentWhat You Will Be Doing• Daily Cash Management: Record and manage daily cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.• Month-End Close: Collaborate with the Accounting Department to ensure a timely and accurate month-end close process.• Account Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of various balance sheet and income statement accounts to maintain financial accuracy.• Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset sub-ledger and handle associated financial reporting.• Ad Hoc Analysis: Prepare ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the CFO to support both operational and financial decision-making.• Financial Reporting Support: Assist the CFO, Controller, and Accountant in preparing monthly investor and bank reporting packages.• KPI Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) by division and region for management review.• Year-End Audit and Tax Compliance: Support the year-end audit and tax compliance process, ensuring thorough preparation and accuracy.• Data Extraction and Analysis: Extract and manipulate data from proprietary construction and accounting software to support financial and operational needs.• Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports from various software systems to provide actionable insights.What You Need for this Position• 3+ years Accounting experience in private or public accounting• CPA is strongly preferred• Advanced data compilation/analysis and Excel skills• Accounting software• Experience with Acumatica system is a big plus• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related• Masters Degree is preferredBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
