Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Reliability Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans, analyze data, and provide insights to improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct reliability tests on various products including mechanical, electrical, and aerospace systems.
• Develop and implement test plans and protocols for product validation and verification.
• Analyze test data to identify failure modes and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability considerations into product design.
• Conduct thermal, vibration, EMC, and EMI testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Perform data acquisition and image capture during testing for detailed analysis.
• Support product testing activities related to defense, robotics, and vehicle systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in reliability testing and validation engineering.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and software.
• Familiarity with testing standards and regulations in the aerospace and defense industries.
• Proficient in analyzing test data and generating comprehensive reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
