Senior Tax Accountant-CorporationsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant with experience in public accounting preparing tax returns primarily for businesses!Key Responsibilities• Prepare and review complex tax returns, including corporate, partnership, and individual returns. You will be dealing with mostly corporations.• Research and analyze tax issues, and provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.• Assist with tax audits and other tax related inquiries.• Manage client relationships, and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional value.• Stay up-to-date with tax law changes and industry developments, and communicate these changes to clients and internal stakeholders.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.• CPA certification strongly preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting.• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.• Experience with tax preparation software and ERP systems.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.BenefitsFull Benefits, 401K, Insurance, PTO, Highly Competitive Comp and Bonus!25% contribution to a Simplified Employee Pension Health insurance available. 9 paid holidays 120 hours of additional paid time off, Reduced summer hours, Casual work attire, and relaxed work atmosphere.
