Service Now Developer - CSM/ FSO Module Experience Required

We are looking to bring on a talented ServiceNow Manager.Position OverviewThe ServiceNow developer will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all ServiceNow applications and modules. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow and React.JS, with the ability to utilize other tools such as CSM, Next Gen Experience, ATF, Change, App Engine, and more to enhance the overall platform functionality.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules using React.JS• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues with the ServiceNow platform• Utilize CSM, FSO, Next Gen Experience, ATF, Change, App Engine, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Integration Hub, Decision Builder, Performance Analytics, SOAP, REST, and GRAPH to enhance and customize the ServiceNow platform• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and tools• Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications and modules as needed• Create and maintain technical documentation for all ServiceNow processes and procedures• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions within the ServiceNow platform• Ensure all ServiceNow applications and modules are user-friendly and in line with company standardsQualifications• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and management• Proficient in React.JS and ServiceNow• Experience with CSM, Next Gen Experience, ATF, Change, App Engine, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Integration Hub, Decision Builder, Performance Analytics, SOAP, REST, and GRAPH• Strong understanding of IT service management best practices• Experience with agile development methodologies• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)Benefits• Medical, Dental, Vision• 5% Annual Bonus• 3 weeks PTO• 3% 401k Match• Continuing Education• Life Insurance• Long term and Short Term Disability• Fully Remote work Schedule.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
